Sometimes it happens that you receive an incorrect item in your delivery due to human error. If this happens, you should contact our customer service via this contact form or through the chat that you can find when you click on the help button in the bottom right corner of your screen. This email should include:
- Which incorrect item you have received
- Which item it should have been
- Your order number or a screenshot of the order confirmation where we can see your order number (if you no longer have the order confirmation, you can log in to sportfiskeprylar.se and find your order number there)
When we have received this message, we will respond as soon as possible with a return label that you can use to send the item back, and we will send you the correct item. This of course at no extra cost!
