Sometimes an item may be missing from your delivery due to human error. If this happens, you should contact our customer service via our contact form.
- Remember to mention which item is missing from your order
- Include your order number (found in the order confirmation) or a screenshot of the order confirmation where we can see your order number and any signature. If you no longer have the order confirmation, you can log in to your account and find it there.
When we have received this email, we will respond as soon as possible and send the missing item to you or alternatively process a refund for the item you have not received if you prefer that instead.
