For claims, send an email to: reklamation@sportfiskeprylar.se or use the chat/help function at the bottom right of the page. Describe what you want to claim and why, and attach pictures of the damage. Please also include the order number.
Depending on the type of product and damage, there are different ways to resolve it. In most cases, it is our suppliers who determine what is covered under the claim. In these cases, we need to receive the damaged item to then send it to the supplier. Often, a picture is enough.
The handling time for claims is between 1-3 weeks, but we naturally try to resolve it as quickly as possible. We will send you a return label so you can send back the damaged item if required.
